President Pranab Mukherjee today extended greetings and felicitations to his Bulgarian counterpart Rosen Plevneliev on the occasion of their National Day.
In his message to Plevneliev, the President said, "On behalf of the Government and the people of India and on my own behalf, I have great pleasure in conveying to your Excellency and to the friendly people of Bulgaria, warm greetings and felicitations on the occasion of your National Day."
He said India and Bulgaria have shared warm and friendly ties over the last sixty years of the establishment of our diplomatic relations.
