President Pranab Mukherjee today extended his greetings to the people of Thailand on their National Day on Saturday.
"I have the pleasure to extend warm greetings and felicitations to Your Majesty and to the people of Thailand on the occasion of your National Day," President Mukherjee said in his message to King Bhumibol Adulyadej of Thailand.
He said the civilisational ties between India and Thailand have blossomed into a robust and multifaceted relationship.
"I am confident that this relationship will further strengthen and expand in a wide range of areas for the mutual benefit of both nations," the president added.
Thailand celebrates its National Day on December 5.
