New Delhi:
Rains forced the shifting of 'At Home' function hosted by President Pranab Mukherjee today from the Mughal Gardens to the Ashoka Hall where a large number of dignitaries including Vice President Hamid Ansari and Prime Minister Narendra Modi were present.
