Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated sportspersons who won medals in the just concluded Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. He said that they have made the country proud.
"The performance of our athletes in the 2014 Commonwealth Games has made us proud. Congratulations to the medal winners," he said in a statement.
India bagged 64 medals and ranked 5th in the international sporting event
