Prime Minister Narendra Modi today congratulated scientists at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for the successful launch of GSAT-6, which has several strategic applications.
"Another day and another phenomenal accomplishment by our scientists. Congratulations ISRO for the successful launch of GSAT-6," he said.
The satellite was launched today from Satish Dhawan Space Centre at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh.
