Beijing: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today greeted Premier Li Keqiang on his 60th birthday, posting a message for the Chinese leader on his Weibo account.
"Dear Premier Li Keqiang, greetings on your birthday. I pray for your long life. I warmly recall our meeting in May," PM Modi said in message posted on his Chinese social media account on Sina Weibo which he opened ahead his visit to Beijing in May this year.
President Li, number two ranking leader after President Xi Jinping in the ruling Communist Party of China (CPC) turned 60 today.
He is currently on a visit to Belgium and France. PM Modi held talks with Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang during his May visit.
Together with President Li, PM Modi attended a joint demonstration of Yoga and Taichi in Beijing and posted a selfie with the Chinese Premier on Weibo.
