Brasilia: Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the new Indian Chancery building of Indian Embassy in the Brazilian capital.
Mr Modi unveiled a plaque at India's diplomatic mission inaugurating the new building, ahead of his departure for home.
After the inauguration, the Prime Minister met the embassy staff and their families, who took pictures with Mr Modi. Apart from Indian Ambassador to Brazil Ashok Tomar, many senior officials of Prime Minister's Office and External Affairs Ministry were present on the occasion.
PM Narendra Modi was on a three day visit to Brazil to attend the BRICS summit in the coastal city of Fortaleza.
