Prime Minister Narendra Modi returned home today after a seven-day visit to the US and Ireland.
"Returning to Delhi after a visit that has created several successful outcomes & opportunities for India," the Prime Minister's Office tweeted.
Mr Modi left on September 23 for a day-long visit to Ireland, in the first prime ministerial visit in nearly 60 years. He was in the US, visiting New York and San Jose.
He addressed the UN Sustainable Development Summit in New York and also held a summit meeting with US President Barack Obama.
