New Delhi: The Delhi government has allowed three private laboratories to test swine flu samples. The three private labs are Dr Dangs Clinic, Dr Lal PathLabs and Auroprope.
For Dr Dang, there will be one collection centre at Hauz Khas, while Dr Lal PathLabs will have six collection centres across the city in areas of Lajpat Nagar, Shakti Nagar, Janakpuri, Krishna Nagar, Noida Sector 19 and Railway Road, Gurgaon.
Lal PathLabs will start testing from Thursday. People can go directly to these centres to get themselves tested for swine flu.
The government decided to rope in private labs and hospitals in the wake of rising swine flu cases.
Swine flu has until now claimed more than 70 lives across the country.
