A grand welcome has been planned to welcome badminton player PV Sindhu, who won silver in Rio. Both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana government are making various arrangements to welcome the Ms Sindhu and her coach who will arrive around 10 AM. Ms Sindu is the first women in India to win an Olympic Silver Medal.
"Hats off to women for saving our face in front of the world," says Pullela Gopichand, PV Sindhu's coach.
