New Delhi: The box office collection of Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon's film Raabta 'crashed' further, reports Box Office India. The film, which released last Friday, earned Rs 1.75 crore on Monday, Day 4. The collections dropped by over 60%. Box Office India predicts that despite no major releases this week, Raabta's box office collections will be average. Over the weekend, Raabta earned Rs 8.5 crore. The film has so far collected Rs 14.86 crore, reports Box Office India. Raabta is a love story based on reincarnation that oscillates over time. Kriti and Sushant are separated due to an untoward incident and meet after centuries. Neerja actor Jim Sarbh plays the prime antagonist.

In his review for NDTV, Saibal Chatterjee gave the film 2 stars out of 5. "Raabta is a painfully elongated saga that plays out across two lifetimes separated by several centuries. The characters are superficially etched. Given the lack of depth in his role, it is a marvel that Sushant Singh Rajput occasionally breathes life into the vacuum at the heart of the film. Jim Sarbh is out of his depth in the garb of a crazed lover. For Kriti Sanon, Raabta is a choppy, rudderless ride."

Raabta stars Rajkummar Rao in a cameo. He plays a 324-year-old man in the film. Raabta is Dinesh Vijan's debut film as a director.

Ahead of its release, Raabta was embroiled in a copyright case. The makers of Telugu film Magadheera claimed that some portions in Raabta were 'lifted' from their film.

Raabta released along with Rajkummar Rao and Shruti Haasan's Behen Hogi Teri and Hollywood film The Mummy, starring Tom Cruise.
