New Delhi: Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju on Thursday took a dig at Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi, calling him a disaster for the nation.
Reacting to Rahul Gandhi's comments on the Indian economy during the day, Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju said: "I am here for disaster management... Rahul Gandhi is a disaster for the nation. I don't want to say anything beyond this.
Mr Rijiju was talking to the media on the sidelines of an event related to the launch of the Special Centre for Disaster Research at the Jawaharlal Nehru University.
"The country's people as also his party's members look at Rahul Gandhi as someone known for making childish statements.
