Rahul Gandhi seeks views on Congress manifesto in Maharashtra: highlights

In an interactive session with panchayat members in Maharashtra's Wardha, Congress vice President Rahul Gandhi invited suggestions for the party's 2014 election manifesto.

• Power is concentrated with the Chief Ministers and bureaucrats in states
• So we need to make the MPs powerful in  Parliament, MLAs in state assemblies and then the pradhans can do their work
