Sonia Gandhi has been summoned again tomorrow for Round 3 of questioning.

New Delhi:

Congress chief Sonia Gandhi was questioned for six hours today by the Enforcement Directorate in an alleged money laundering case connected to the National Herald newspaper. She has been summoned again tomorrow for Round 3 of questioning. Meanwhile, her son and former party chief Rahul Gandhi was detained today during a protest against her questioning. He was released later in the day.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was detained by the police after he, along with other Congress MPs sat on a protest at Vijay Chowk in their march to the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted that "Even though I'm in custody and even though it is a crime to raise the voice of the people, it will never be able to break our spirits."

All Congress MPs were stopped at Vijay Chowk and prevented from marching to Rashtrapati Bhavan.
