After attending the conclave, Mr Gandhi will visit his Parliamentary constituency Amethi.

The congress will hold a 'Dalit conclave' in Lucknow on February 19 in a bid to get the community's support in the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh due next year. Party vice-president Rahul Gandhi is also likely to attend the event.
Mr Gandhi will be attending the concluding session of the conclave which will deliberate on a number of issues concerning Dalits including formulating a strategy to bring back the community in the party-fold, Chairman of UP Congress' Communications Department Satyadev Tripathi said today.
The conclave will hold a discussion on "Ambedkar's mission and Congress' vision for socio-economic empowerment of Dalits", he said.
At the event, also to be attended by senior leaders like Mukul Wasnik and Madhusudan Mistry, a discussion will be held on the the "strategy for bringing back Dalits into Congress-fold, developing Dalit leadership and "anti-Dalit approach of SP, BSP, BJP and RSS", Mr Tripathi said.
After attending the conclave, Mr Gandhi will visit his Parliamentary constituency Amethi.
