Rahul Gandhi to visit Amethi on Friday

Amethi: Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi will hold a public contact programme with locals during his day-long visit to his parliamentary constituency Amethi on Friday.

Mr Gandhi will also lay the foundation stone of three newly-announced national highways in the constituency, party leader Akhilesh Pratap Singh said.

Union Surface Transport Minister CP Joshi will accompany the party vice president, Mr Singh said.
