Mumbai:
The Crime branch has submitted a report to the Home department outlining the Rahul raj shooting incident.
The report that runs into hundreds of pages was submitted three weeks ago, gives a clean chit to the Police and states that the circumstances were such that the police had to shoot at him.
Rahul Raj was killed in a shoot-out in a bus in Mumbai in October 2008, after he began showing his gun and fired in the bus and began threatening MNS chief Raj Thackarey.
The police shot him down in the bus.
