Ranchi:
AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi will campaign for Congress-JVM(P) alliance for the remaining three phases of the Jharkhand assembly polls from Friday, party sources said.
Rahul will arrive in Ranchi on December 4 to canvass for the Congress-JVM(P) candidates for the rest of the five-phase polling in the state, JPCC General Secretary and Media Convenor Sailesh Sinha said here on Wednesday.
He will visit different constituencies including Naxal-affected Simdega, Bokaro, Latehar and Gumla districts, he said.
While the first phase polling concluded on November 25 peacefully, the second phase is being held today. December 8, 12 and 18 are the dates for the remaining phases of polls to the 81-member house.
Earlier, Rahul had visited the state before the first phase of polling.
