"We will allow 120,000 users to simultaneously book online", he claimed after he began his budget presentation by quoting the philosophy of Kautilya about the happiness of the ruler lying "in the happiness of the people."  Kautilya or Chanakya was the main political advisor to Chandragupta Maurya, the founder of the Maurya empire.

The minister also said that passengers will be able to go online to book retiring rooms at stations where they can rest.
