Rajasthan Pradesh Congress Committee president Sachin Pilot alleged that the BJP government in the state has "failed" to fulfil the promises it made to people before the election.
The state government has "betrayed" the people as it has "failed" to fulfil its promises made to them, he alleged.
Mr Pilot during his visit to the district yesterday accused Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje of "politicising" the issue of setting up of oil refinery in the district.
He alleged that Ms Raje is deliberately delaying the project because if the refinery is set up, the credit will go to the Congress party.
Talking to reporters, he demanded that the government take a positive decision to set up the refinery.
He also raised the issue of damage to crops due to recent hailstorm and rainfall and demanded that the government provide relief to the farmers at the earliest.
