New Delhi: A 51-year-old woman who was injured in the crackdown on yoga guru Baba Ramdev's fast at Ramlila ground three and a half months ago died in hospital on Monday.
Rajbala, who was in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital since June, succumbed to her injuries in the morning.
Her last rites are being held in Sonepat today. BJP leader Sushma Swaraj and Baba Ramdev will be there to attend her last rites.
The woman, who was a resident of Delhi's neighbouring Gurgaon, had suffered spinal injuries in the June 4 midnight crackdown and was critical ever since. She was also paralysed due to the injuries.
