Ranthambore's Famous Tigress Machali Passes Away

Legendary Ranthambore tigress Machali, on Thursday passes away after prolonged illness. She was 20 years old.

According to reports, Machali had not eaten for last five days. 

Also referrred to as T-16, the royal tigress is the most famed in India and is the pride of Ranthambore National Park. Machali was the most photographed tigress in Ranthambore and is also being known as the 'lady of the lake' since it
