Ratlam (Madhya Pradesh): Nine people, including eight students, died as a bus fell into Shipra river at Mahidpur near Ratlam in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday.
The students were accompanied by a teacher who also died in the accident.
The students of the Sarswati Shishu Mandir in Ratlam were returning from a trip to Ujjain when the accident took place.
Nearly 27 children have been rescued and the injured have been shifted to Mahidpur hospital. Senior police officers have reached the spot.
