New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today said that a woman from the Ugandan High Commission met Law Minister Somnath Bharti on Sunday and handed him a letter purportedly from the Ugandan High Commission speaking of women from that country being trafficked to India.
