Read: Sheila Dikshit's letter to Manmohan Singh in the CWG scam

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit wrote a letter, dated March 28, 2011, to Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, making an angry defence in the Commonwealth Games scam case and slamming the report of the Shunglu Committee which probed alleged irregularities in organising the event.
