CBI is being turned into Draupadi. Even the CBI is unhappy with the new Lokpal Bill: Kiran Bedi
Govt wants to create and protect "adda of brashtachaar" (den of corruption)
We demand that this bill be removed and a strong bill be brought in.
Lokpal will function as post office, will refer complaints to CBI

This is a very centralized model. All complaints of corruption end up for investigation with the CBI, which remains under complete government control.  So how will we fight corruption?
Lokpal will first decide on need for prelim inquiry, send it to Central Vigilance Commission, then based on CVC's report, complaint will be sent to CBI, then the CBI's report will be sent to Lokpal which will decide if the matter should go to court.

Bill says complaints against Group C and D (junior bureaucrats) will be handled not by  the Lokpal but by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC).   But the CVC has 230 members;  how will they handle complaints of corruption against nearly 60 lakhs of junior bureaucrats?
Lokpal has been reduced to puppet of government
Lokpal appointed by five people, three of who are appointees of the government
Removal of Lokpal also depends heavily on the government
CBI will be ineffective because of this bill
The CBI's right to conduct a preliminary inquiry is being taken away
CBI director will be picked by PM, Chief justice and Leader of opposition.  But CBI can investigate PM or Leader of Opposition.  So both have a vested interest in who they select.

Lokpal a government puppet
Temples, churches, mosques, cricket clubs, hospitals, doctors, teachers- all have been declared as public servants, even private schools
We have got the copy of the bill; Bill wants to crush the rights of people
Bill is anti-people; 90 per cent politicians are out, Companies are out
Team Anna: No to CBI exclusion
Team Anna: Protest will go ahead
