Russia will launch a special stamp to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Indian Ambassador to Moscow DB Venkatesh Varma said in Vladivostok, Russia, today.

President Putin has already made a reference to it during the press conference in his remarks. PM Modi, who arrived in Russia on a two-day visit during which he will also attend the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF), is the first Indian prime minister to visit the Russian Far East Region.
