New Delhi: Amitabh Bachchan's Sarkar 3, which hit the theatres last Friday, registered 'big fall' on Monday (Day 4), reports Box Office India. Sarkar 3 earned Rs 2.50 crore on Sunday and the next day, it only collected Rs 75 lakh. The total collection of Sarkar 3 as of now is Rs 7.60 crore, reports Box Office India. Amitabh Bachchan reprises his role of Subhash Nagre (Sarkar) from the previous parts of Sarkar franchise. Amit Sadh, Yami Gautam, Ronit Roy, Manoj Bajpayee and Jackie Shroff also co-star with Big B in the film. The Ram Gopal Varma-directed . Sarkar 3 released with Parineeti Chopra and Ayushmann Khurrana's Meri Pyari Bindu.
Box Office India calls Sarkar 3 a big flop. The film opened to poor reviews on Friday. In his review for NDTV Movies, Raja Sen gave the film 1.5 stars out of 5. "The plotting is oafish, the character motivations are boringly shallow, and there seems to have been a catastrophic misreading of what palace politics entail. Manoj Bajpayee, Amitabh Bachchan and Ronit Roy are wasted," wrote Raja Sen.
At the trailer launch of Sarkar 3, RGV told news agency PTI, "Sarkar series is full of grey characters. There is no hero or villain. Everyone believes in their own conviction and what they stand for. So to describe anyone as positive or negative is not right."
Akshay Roy-directed Meri Pyaari Bindu has so far earned Rs 7.35 crore at the box office, tweeted Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh.
Meanwhile, Baahubali: The Conclusion continues to dominate the box office. The final instalment S S Rajamouli's magnum opus has earned over Rs 400 crore.
