Guntur: A girl of class 8 was allegedly raped by her hostel warden in in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh.
The accused man, K Jeyraj, worked as a part-time pastor and was warden of St Marks Children's Home in Palapatti village. There are 13 girls and 17 boys in the hostel, and they study in a government- aided school nearby.
The girl fell ill and refused to go to the hostel. When her parents found out what had happened, they filed a police complaint.
Jeyraj reportedly attacked the child twice this month. He is missing, say the police.
