Srinagar:
The Jammu and Kashmir High Court has ordered the exhumation of the bodies of the two women, Nilofer and Asya, who were allegedly raped and murdered in Shopian on May 29-30. The court has also issued a series of strict orders on the Shopian case.
The court has directed that no one including CRPF and police can leave Shopian without special permission of special investigation team constituted by police. This team is investigating rape and murder case.
The court has also directed mobile service providers in the state to give full co-operation about the call details made from the spot where dead bodies were found on that day.
The court has also directed that a doctors' team nominated by Dr Shahida Mir who is the Principal of Govt Medical College, Srinagar should conduct post mortem of exhumed bodies.
