New Delhi: Budget carrier SpiceJet today said it will operate a special relief flight to Kathmandu from New Delhi at 11:00 pm, which will return at 03:25 am on Monday.
"This flight is in addition to the two scheduled Boeing flights operating at 12:30 pm and 4:50 pm from New Delhi to Kathmandu," a spokesperson for the airline said.
"We have space for relief workers and material on the New Delhi-Kathmandu sector, though the return sector is completely full, as we would expect," the spokesperson said, adding that accredited non-government organisations can ferry materials, doctors and rescue personnel to Kathmandu for free.
