The athletes and Sports Minister Ajay Maken are now paying tribute at the Amar Jawan Jyoti.

Honouring the Olympic heroes: The 6 medallists are now moving on to the Amar Jawan Jyoti where they will pay respects.
Vijay Kumar was promoted today by the Indian Army. He is now the Subedar Major.
Gagan Narang too there. He was of course the first to land a medal at the London Olympics.

All others - Saina Nehwal, Gagan Narang, Yogeshwar Dutt, Mary Kom and Vijay Kumar have already been felicitated.

Now the athletes and all present there will proceed to the India Gate.

Sushil Kumar, who got the Silver in the 66-kg category wrestling at the London Olympics is now being felicitated.
