Lucknow:

While Singh insists he's merely going there on a fact finding mission, the Ulema Council of clerics announced that it would not allow Singh to meet the families of those accused in terror attacks.
Doubting Singh's intentions, the Council has called the visit an eyewash and declared that it will do its best to stop Singh.
The Ulema Council was formed in the backdrop of Batla House encounter just before the Lok Sabha elections last year.
The visit has also kicked up a political storm with the BJP accusing the Congress of using terror to play vote bank politics.
