Raj Ballabh Yadav went missing after an arrest order was issued against him.

Suspended Bihar lawmaker Raj Ballabh Yadav, who has been accused of raping a minor, surrendered in a court in Nalanda district today, almost a month after he went missing.
Mr Yadav, who belonged to Lalu Prasad Yadav's Rashtriya Janata Dal or RJD, the majority partner in the Nitish Kumar-led Grand Alliance government in the state, was suspended last month.
He is accused of raping a minor girl at his residence on February 6. He went missing after an arrest order was issued against him after the girl's family lodged a police complaint on February 9.
Mr Yadav was a minister in the Rabri Devi government.
A court in Bihar Sharif had ordered attachment of his property last month.
His anticipatory bail plea was rejected earlier by a court.
