Taliban just 18 km from India

New Delhi: What would be worrying for India is that Bedian, where an elite police academy was attacked, is just 18 kilometres from Wagah on the Indo-Pak border. The Taliban are virtually knocking on India's door. This reinforces fears that the growing Taliban influence within Pakistan poses a direct threat to India.
