Mumbai: Talks between the representatives of eight unions of Air India pilots and the management failed today in Mumbai.
The pilots have been reportedly not been paid their salaries for four months.
They have now written to the Prime Minister, asking him to intervene.
There is another meeting in Delhi tomorrow between the unions, civil aviation secretary and Air India management.
The pilots had threatened to go on strike from April 2 if their dues are not met. This means international flights would be disrupted starting Monday.
