Srinagar: Five policemen, including two officers, were injured during a terror attack in Kashmir's Pulwama this afternoon. The terrorists had targeted the police party with grenades.
Several civilians were injured in the retaliatory fire by the police.
Clashes also erupted in the district after the police foiled a pro-separatist rally. Following clashes and stone pelting, the security forces opened fire in which a teenager was killed.
More than 100 people -- including 16 security forces personnel -- were injured in the clash in Pulwama.
With this, the number of civilian deaths has risen to 69 and over 6000 have been injured.
The attack and the clashes came on a day when Home Minister Rajnath Singh reached Srinagar and initiated dialogue with political parties.
