- Party has taken political decision, Government of India has to show solutions
- Because of elections, TDP and YSR Congress are changing stance
- Constitution, procedure and convention has to be followed in state formation
- Resolution of House and voting on Bill is compulsory
- No party whip ever issued in assembly or parliament for dividing state
- I am not biased; I say progress is possible only in a united state
- I know nothing is permanent in life (on his Chief Minister's post)
