Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar says no one can stop him from going to Mumbai and celebrating Bihar Divas. "To go to Mumbai, I don't need visa, " said Mr Kumar in Patna, when asked for a response to Maharashtra Navnirman Sena's (MNS) latest threat.
Raj Thackeray's MNS has threatened it will not allow the celebration of Bihar Divas in Mumbai on April 15.
MNS spokesperson Shirish Parkar said, "Mumbai is the capital of Maharashtra, and the people of Mumbai should celebrate Maharashtra Divas only."
"If anybody tries to show Maharashtra's culture and Marathi language in a bad light, it will not be tolerated", Mr Parkar added.
