New Delhi:
Can toys be a terror threat? Yes, says the Defence Ministry if they are propelled by wireless radio.
According to security agencies, the commonly-used toy planes could be used for terror activities. These toy planes come from China and Taiwan.
Experts say the plane's high radio frequency and its ability to carry heavy loads, as much as 8-9 kg, could pose a serious security threat.
Security agencies want a permanent ban on these toys.
