Kolkata: Trinamool Congress lawmaker Sudip Bandopadhyay today said his party wants the truth to come out in the alleged AgustaWestland helicopter bribery scandal.
Mr Bandopadhyay felt the Congress and BJP were both playing a game of cover-up in the scam while the CPI(M) chose to be a "mute onlooker".
"The BJP and Congress are both covering up each other on the AgustaWestland issue. We want the truth to come out. As the BJP and Congress are doing this got-up game, the CPI(M) is a mute onlooker," Mr Bandopadhyay said in a statement.
Trinamool Congress earlier this week had raised the issue in Parliament and insisted on identifying of the 'Gandhi' and 'AP' mentioned in the alleged bribery case, inviting punitive action.
