Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Rita Bahuguna was late on Wednesday arrested for making derogatory remarks against the state Chief Minister Mayawati.
Bahuguna's house in Lucknow was set on fire, allegedly by BSP workers.
Bahuguna made the controversial statement in Moradabad in UP.
