New Delhi:
Congress' trouble shooter, External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee, has said there is no question of the UPA disintegrating.
He said that the alliance is going strong while the NDA is disintegrating.
The minister said that while Congress president Sonia Gandhi is working to keep the flock together at the national level, he is constantly in touch with the local leaders.
Talking about the UP-Bihar troika, Pranab said that the three big constituents of the UPA - RJD chief Lalu Prasad, SP supremo Mulayam Singh and LJP president Ram Vilas Paswan - are still very much with the UPA.
