Mumbai: US Vice President Joe Biden will arrive in Mumbai next Tuesday (July 23) as part of his four-day visit to India, according to officials.
As per a schedule announced in Mumbai, Mr Biden will land at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport late on Tuesday and will be in Mumbai for three days.
The following day (Wednesday), he is scheduled to speak on the US-India Partnership at the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The US Vice President's visit comes a month after that of America's Secretary of State John Kerry, who came to India in June for the fourth India-US Strategic Dialogue.
Announcing Mr Biden's visit, Mr Kerry had said that the US Vice President would come to keep up the momentum in India-US ties.
