New Delhi: Union Minister M Venkaiah Naidu met Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who returned home today after a five-nation tour, and briefed him about the drought situation and monsoon, among other issues.
"Met Prime Minister at his office. PM reviewed the progress made w.r.t #VikasParv...Shared experiences.... "PM enquired about drought situation, monsoon and Swachh Bharat... Briefed PM about the situation," Mr Naidu said in a series of tweets.
He said after his five-nation tour in six days and 40 meetings, PM Modi never looked tired and was working as usual.
"5 Countries, 6 Days, 40 Meetings, PM is looking relaxed... Working as usual.. Never tired... Great energy," Mr Naidu said in another tweet.
PM Modi returned home early this morning after visiting Afghanistan, Qatar, Switzerland, the US and Mexico.
