Hyderabad: Unfazed by the controversy surrounding his nationality, world champion Viswanathan Anand began his simultaneous chess game against 40 math wizards at the ongoing International Congress of Mathematicians (ICM) here on Tuesday.
Anand plays simultaneously against 35 mathematicians and five nominees of Infosys.
The event is part of the International Congress of Mathematicians at Hyderabad. A 'Question and Answer' Session with Anand will follow the game.
The youngest player to take on Anand will be Palden Ball, who is just 12.
