The cricket legend took the airline to task on Friday for what appears to have been a particularly bad experience, with some family members not getting seats and baggage going missing.
On social networking site Twitter, Sachin Tendulkar said,
British Airways responded in less than 15 minutes with what seems to be its templated answer to complaints. Only the airline had not accounted for Sachin's 8.4 million followers on Twitter.
