Kaithal, Haryana:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in poll bound Haryana today to lay foundation stone for the Kaithal-Rajasthan border section of National Highway 152/65, at Kaithal. Addressing a rally, the PM said development is the only road if we want progress.
