New Delhi:
The Supreme Court has issued notice to former Satyam chief, B Ramalinga Raju, asking why his bail should not be cancelled.
The CBI, which in investigating the Satyam scam, has asked for Raju's bail to be cancelled.
Raju was granted bail by the Andhra High Court in August.
He surrendered to the police in January 2009, by which time he had been revealed as the centrifugal force in one of India's largest corporate scams, estimated to be worth close to 14,000 crores.
The CBI believes that Raju may try to tamper with evidence against him and influence witnesses.
