Will Sena face action for inflammatory statements?

Mumbai: After the Shiv Sena forced theatre owners in Mumbai to remove posters of Shah Rukh Khan's new film My Name Is Khan, and published articles in Saamna on the issue, the Maharashtra government has asked the legal department to examine these articles and Sena statements against Shah Rukh Khan.

Speaking to NDTV, Home Minister RR Patil said that any statements that have aroused public sentiment in the last 15 days will be examined by the Director General of Law and Order. Then, the Advocate general will be consulted to see if any laws were violated.
